Welcome to the WILTSHIRE DNA Project
This Project was initially set up to establish if there was a link between the WILTSHIRE and TOWNSEND families of Studley (near Calne), Wiltshire, England. The WILTSHIRE family had rented and farmed land in the Calne area.
It was found that George WILTSHIRE (1732-1812) was the common ancestor of the two families.
