This project was set up to gather, analyse and learn more about the relationships occurring in people with some ancestry from NW Co. Cork, Ireland especially around Macroom-Millstreet-Banteer using autosomal DNA (atDNA). Membership requirements: Autosomal DNA test results, You match at least a couple of people in the project at a at least "5th Cousin" level. We also require a family tree (except for adoptees), We strongly recommend uploading your data to Gedmatch.com so that we may collaborate with NW Cork cousins from other testing sites.
