Q Y-DNA Nordic: To join this project you should belong to the YDNA Q haplogroup and one of it's subclades Q-L527 or Q-L804. You are also welcome if you are Q-M242 with origin from the Nordic countries. Both subclades were widely spread in Northern and Western Europe during Viking Age and globally since the 19th century due to Scandinavian emigration. You are also welcome if you belong to the Q-F1161 subclade or Q-L330, as the history of these two neighboring subclades is important for the Q Nordic project.
