If you have taken the Family Finder test (which I highly recommend for any person of African American heritage), you may upload your raw data to Gedmatch, where it will engage your data, process it, then give you geographic breakdowns of your deep ancestry. They are not literal breakdowns, but, assimilated ones (meaning that not all genetic populations can be represented in their databases, so they take averages based upon the claimed ancestries of participants in the database and actual population samples as well as academic (archaeological remains) samples.
