About us
The main goals of the Brown/Browne/Braun DNA Study are (a) to help one another to distinguish among and to trace various Brown ancestral lines worldwide, including near-variants of the surname like Browning, Brownlee, Brun, etc.; and (b) to recruit ever more and more Brown-surnamed men for genealogical DNA testing.
There are no costs for membership, other than the cost of a DNA test, and the only obligation is that members allow us to post their kit numbers and DNA marker values at our website.
If you have taken the 12 or 25 marker test, please consider upgrading to the 37 marker test.
