Firstly, the ones who know quite precisely where in China their ancestors come from.
Secondly, the ones who have lost the connection with their ancestry, but know that they have some Chinese ancestry somewhere along the way. As the number of members increase, it is hoped that the 2nd group would be able to benefit from the first group.
