Over view of Cremeen genetic markers , What markers make up our genetic origins ?

Marker Branch : P305

This markers age is about more than 100,000 years old and its origins location are:Africa

This marker around 100,000 years ago the mutation named P305 occurred in the Y chromosome of a man in Africa This is one of the oldest known mutations that is not shared by all men. Therefore, it marks one of the earliest splits in the human Y chromosome  tree. Which in itself marks one of the earliest branching points in modern human evolution. The man who carried this mutation lived in Africa and is the ancestor to more than 99.9% of paternal lineage's today in fact, men that don't carry this mutation is rare that's its importance to human history was only discovered in the past two years. https://www.google.com/#q=africa+map, http://www.isogg.org/tree/ISOGG_HapgrpA.html,  http://www.phylotree.org/Y/marker_list.htm

Marker Branch : M42

This markers age is about :80,000 years ago its origins location is: East Africa

Around 80,000 years ago this marker was born, The BT Branch of the Y chromosome defined by many genetic markers, including M42, The common ancestor of most men today. Some of this mans descendants would begin the long journey out of Africa to the Middle East and India some small groups eventually reached the Americas, while other groups would settle in Europe, and some would remain in their ancestral homeland in East Africa. Individuals from this line whose ancestor's stayed in Africa practiced traditional customs and traditional cultures resembling the distant past. for example, they often lived in traditional hunter-gather societies. These included Mbuti and Baika pygmies of Central Africa and Tanzania's Hadza.  https://www.google.com/#q=east+africa+map  , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mbuti_people , http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2009/12/hadza/finkel-text ,https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geography_of_Tanzania

Marker Branch: M168

This markers age is about 70,000 years ago its origin is:East Africa

This man gave rise to your first Genetic marker in your lineage ,he probably lived in North East Africa in the region of the Rift Valley, perhaps present day Ethiopia or Tanzania or Kenya. Scientists put the date he most likely lived about 70,000 years ago His descendants became the only surviving lineage outside of Africa, making him the common ancestor to all non-African men living today. http://education.nationalgeographic.com/encyclopedia/rift-valley/ , http://www.everyculture.com/Cr-Ga/Ethiopia.html , http://www.historyworld.net/wrldhis/PlainTextHistories.asp?historyid=ad23

Marker Branch: P143

This marker age is approximately 60,000 years old its origins are:  South West Asia

This Marker is one of the oldest mutations to occur outside of Africa and therefore marks a pivotal point in human evolution of modern humans. Moving along the coast line, members of this lineage were some of the earliest settlers in Asia, Southwest Asia and Australia. these members where also ancestor's of some of Australia's Aborigine's. By time they reach the Arabia Peninsula soon after developed the mutation P143. some 60,000 years ago finally settling into India and Southwest Asia.    http://www.naturalhistoryonthenet.com/Continents/asia.htm , http://www.newworldencyclopedia.org/entry/Arabian_Peninsula, http://www.australianexplorer.com/australian_history.htm

Marker Branch: M89

This branch is about 55,000 years old its origins is : Southwest Asia

The next male ancestor in your ancestral lineage ,is a man to give rise to the marker M89 , a marker found on 90 to 95 percent of all non-African men, this man was likely born 55,000 years ago in Southwest Asia, While many of M89 descendants stayed in the Middle East, many would follow the great herds of game into what is now modern Iran then north into the Caucuses Mountains and to the Steppes of Central Asia these grassy plains between would form the ancient superhighway between France and Korea A smaller group moved on North from the Middle East to Anatolia and the Balkens trading grassy lowlands for Forests and High Country. http://maps.unomaha.edu/Peterson/geog1000/Notes/Notes_Exam2/SWA.html , http://novaonline.nvcc.edu/eli/evans/his241/notes/geography/caucasus.html

Marker Branch : M578

This branch is about 50,000 years old its origins is SouthWest Asia

After settling in the South Asian for several millennia, humans began to expand in various directions including. South and East of the Indian Ocean, but also north towards Anatolia and the Black and Caspian Seas. The first man to aquire the mutation M578 was amongst those who stayed in the Southwest Asia before moving on.

Fast forwarding to about 40,000 years ago, the  climate had changed once again and became colder and more arid. Draught had hit Africa and the Middle East and the grasslands reverted to desert, and for the next 20,000 years , the Saharan gateway was effectively closed. With the desert impassible, your anscestors only had two options, remain in the Middle East or move on. Retreating back to the continent was not an option.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anatolia ,   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caspian_Sea , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Sea, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sahara

Branch Marker: P128

This branch is about 45,000 years ago and its origins is South Asia

The next man in your ancestral lineage is the man who gave rise to P128, a marker found in nearly half of all non Africans alive today. This man was born around 45,000 years ago in South Central Asia and likely the second wave of migrants to move east from Southwest Asia.

Some descendants of P128 migrated to the southeast and northeast, picking up additional markers on their Y-Chromosomes. This lineage is the parent of several major branches on their Y-Chromosomes tree. O the most common lineage in East Asia. R ,the most common of European and Central Asian Y-Chromosome lineage. and Q ,the major lineage of the Americas. These descendants branches went on to settle the rest of Asia the Americas and Europe . Still many others traveled to Southeast Asia, and  some descendants of P128 individuals moved across the waters south and east and are most commonly seen in Oceania and Australian and Aboriginal  populations  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Asia , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Asia , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southeast_Asia , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oceania

Branch Marker:M526

This branch is approximately 42,000 years old and its origins are , South or South Eastern Asia

The man who first carried mutation M526 was part of the second wave of settlers that that migrated around the Indian Ocean and settled in Southeast Asia, this mutation is shared by men from Halpogroups M,N,O,P,Q,S; These are groups common in East Asia, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and the Americas  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Asia , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Americas

YSEQ Branching :CTS 4466> A541 > A195 > A761 > A88

8/31/2015--

Over the past month or so I have dug Deeper into the Bam.File and in comparison with My listed SNPS within FTDNA SNPS results.

I have not found positive position for A 1135,A761, or A195 .

And in researching the equivalents of these i still do not show positive for any of them?

I have checked and rechecked this seamlessly.  And come back with the same results with in my own analysis program . the research of my positive positions and negative calls.

So in feeling that I needed a deeper insight into my Big Y primary tree I decided to use ClarifY analysis program.

Which runs generated algorithm program thru 4 different types of analysis programs.

This includes the Raw data analysis of the Big Y Chromosomes tree primary tree , and these others included FGC Y elite and Chromosomes 2 and 1000 genome project analysis.

When these where run each one of the 4 analysis programs as:
Descended from A541 > A88

R-L21 > DF13 > FGC 11134>S1136/CTS4466 > S1137/CTS 5714> Z16247>A541 > A88 <--- and did not show up positive position at all for A1335> A761 > A195 at all?
 negative for L270- and S1121 -
 positive for S1120+ S1122+S1128+

Some Of the bigger DF13 populations and equivalents

DF13 > FGC1134 > CTS4466 and 11 equivalents (Irish II/South)

DF13 > DF49 > Z2976 and 1 equivalent > DF23 and 2 equivalents > Z2961 > M222 and 18 equivalents (NW Irish)

DF13 > L1335 and 7 equivalents (Scots + Wales II)

DF13 > L1335 and 7 equivalents > L1065 and 7 equivalents (Scots Modal)

DF13 > L513 and 3 equivalents > S5668 and 1 equivalent > A7 > L193 and 8 equivalents (A1 Scots-Irish)

DF13 > Z253 and 1 > Z2534 > Z2185 and 2 > L1066 and 2 equivalents (Irish IV/Continental)

DF13 > Z253 and 1 > Z2534 > Z2185 and 2 > L226 and 15 equivalents (Irish III/Dalcassian)

DF13 > Z255 and 11 equivalents (Irish Sea)

DF13 > DF21 > A50 and 17 equivalents (Airghelli I / Clan Colla / null 425)

Maternal DNA of Kit 251695 is T2b6b and it has been discovered the the Maternal Haplogroup T is the Defining maternal clade for "Cherokee Anscestry"

References : released earlier this month: “T is the leading haplogroup (23.1 percent), with a frequency on a par with modern-day Egyptians (23.4 percent) and Arabs (24.4 percent). T is thus a defining mark of Cherokee ancestry. … We can safely rule out recent European admixture. As we have discussed again and again, there was no available source for a huge, sudden influx of female-mediated Middle Eastern DNA on the American frontier. Even Sephardic Jews (11 to 14 percent), many of whom were also Indian traders, could hardly have accounted for such admixture.

Notes: of investigative research into
An Crom translates directly from the Irish into The Bent (One), recalling memories of the infamous deity Crom Cruach. However, in this case the source is probably Cromad, name for the bend in the River Maigue becoming the modern Croom, County Limerick. Crom is claimed in the O'Donovan pedigrees to have been seated here and built a great fortress, although this was more likely built by his ancestor/relation Diarmaid O'Donovan. It is the origin also of the war cry "Crom Abu" of the Kildare branch of the FitzGerald dynasty, who are said to have taken the fortress from Crom.
