Welcome to the Flanagan Surname DNA project. Any Flanagan lines may participate and are encouraged to do so. The goals of this project are:
1. Obtain biological evidence of relationships or the absence of such between various early Flanagan lines in various locations, including Ireland, the US, Great Britain, Australia, Canada, and other countries;
2. Identify haplotypes associated with various Flanagan lines internationally; and
3. Identify haplotypes associated with the Flanagan surname in Ireland.
PLEASE NOTE: HAPLOTYPES ARE ANONYMOUSLY GROUPED AND DISPLAYED ON THE PROJECT'S PUBLIC WEBSITES AND OTHER RESOURCES. PARTICIPATION REQUIRES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS.
