The project goals is:

-       Through mtDNA and YDNA map the historic population of the province.

-       Provide a help for genealogists to find families ties through the parishes.

Projektets mål är:

-      Att genom mtDNA och YDNA kartlägga den historiska befolkningen i Jämtland och Härjedalen.

-      Att vara till hjälp för släktforskare som vill hitta familjeband mellan och inom socknarna.
