About us
The McArdle Clan is a branch of the McMahon family of Oriel, centered in County Monaghan, Ireland and gradually spread out to the counties of Armagh, Down, Monaghan, Louth and Fermanagh.
The McArdle's common ancestor appears to have been Eochaid mac Mathgahamna mac Neill, died 1273, first McMahon King of Airgíalla.
