Which McHenry lines descend from a common ancestor? Our goal is to discover genetic links among the various McHenry (and variant) families throughout the world. This study will help to validate research within established lines and potentially provide direction for those who do not know the place of origin of their ancestor. It should also suggest areas for additional research. We request that participants provide documentation of their line as far back as possible. For direct male descendants with any variant of the surname McHenry, here is your chance to establish scientifically what a paper trail could not.
