This group has been established to study the genealogical DNA lineages of Clan MacLellan and those that have a surname etymology related to Mac-a-ghilledhiolan ( i.e. The Son of the Bastard - MacLolane ) or Giolla Fhaoláin ( i.e. Servant of St. Fillan ).
