The McMurtrie Clan Family Records (formerly the MacMurtrie Clan Family Historical Records Worldwide) were initiated in 1938 by Alexander David McMurtrie, a pharmacist of Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. Since that time, the records have grown to include over 150 different families from Scotland, Ireland, England, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and India.
