The goals of the project include overviewing Ossetian DNA information, advancing Ossetian genetic studies and gaining deeper insight into genetic origins and history of Ossetians. The Project is open to all Ossetians. Please join the Ossetian DNA Project if your father’s direct paternal line or your mother’s direct maternal line is Ossetian. The Ossetian DNA Project is intended as a useful tool for Ossetians who would like to research their family history and their deep ancestry through genetic testing.
