The Signature for the Irish Type III Haplogroup is:-

        DYS439=12
        DYS459=8,9
        DYS464=13,13,15,17
        DYS456=15
        DYS557=15
        DYS716=24
        DYS463=25

Many members of the Irish Type III haplogroup have unfortunately not yet tested L226, taken the R1b-L226 SNP pack or tested Big-Y700.  Many can be seen from their STR markers to be L226+, but are yet to join this project.  

With the discovery of a raft of new SNPs, from Big-Y testing, the results are being grouped accordingly.
