The Ray-Rhea-Rea-Wray (and variant spellings) Y-DNA Project is open to all those who are requesting testing or who have already completed testing of a person of male gender who has the surname of Ray, Rhea, Rea, Wray, or another variant spelling. All variant spellings are welcome. The project is also open to any male who has a different surname as long as his father, paternal grandfather, or other direct patrilineal ancestor is believed or known to have had one of the surnames listed below. Lastly, the project is open to any male of another surname who has a close Y-DNA match to one or more Rays, Reas, etc., and is interested in investigating connections between their lines. If you fit into one of the last two categories, please be sure to explain that when you submit your request to join this project.
