Here is a summary of the known DF13+ and R1b-non-DF13 9919 signatures.  You can search for any particular off-modal using CTRL-F:

z9919                    [catch-all DF13+ 9919 cluster for unpredicted 37-marker kits and for 640=11 kits]
Core:  459=9-9, YCAII=19-19
Additional 1 to 67:  N/A
Additional 68 to 111:  533=13, 638=10, A10=12, 712=21, 650=18, 532=12, 552=25
Positive SNPs tested:  DF13+
Negatives under DF13:  Kit 170261 (Nicholls) tested DF21- DF49- L1335-
Easiest way to search for on Semargl:  Select core (459=9-9, YCAII=19-19) and find the kits listed below, mixed in with dozens if not hundreds of other 9919 kits.
Semargl may be missing some of the kits; for example, I don't think Semargl includes any kits with fewer than 67 markers.  There is no easy way, or possibly no way
at all, to separate z9919 from the other 9919 signatures (A, A1 to A9, A-SP, B, 41-9919, and 513-C2-M), since z9919 is a catch-all category.  There is too much
variation between the z9919 members.  z9919 almost certainly consists of multiple haplogroups.

9919 kits.  There is no easy way, or possibly no way at all, to separate 9919-A from the other A signatures (A1 to A9 and A-SP).  There is too much variation
between all of the z9919-A members.  z9919-A almost certainly consists of multiple haplogroups.  Using the very slow mutating marker 643=8 could be one way
to split off a well-defined cluster from the current hodgepodge, assuming that those members with 643=8 will be at a low GD from each other (that is, their other
markers closely matching).

Most striking characteristics:
They're the only 9919 group with rare 452=28.  The 452 marker is very slow mutating, and 452=28 occurs in less than 1% of R1b (based on Semargl search in January 2013).
They share slow mutating marker 511=9 with group A7 and 41-9919.
They also share 607=14 with group A7, whereas 41-9919 has 607 trending in the other direction, at 607=16.
Groups A2 and A7 are probably closely related haplogroups or two signatures of the same haplogroup.

Apparently 119247, 175596, and 131434 have three-step mutation from 456=15 to 456=18.
Youngblood:  39354 (67m) - 439=13, 458=19, 449=28, 464=14-14-15-17, 456=15, 511=11, 413b=25, 444=13, 446=14, 617=11

Most striking characteristics:
They're the only 9919 group with 511=11 universally (although there are scattered instances of 511=11 elsewhere).
Assuming the rest will match Hammond, they will be the only 9919 group with very slow mutating 587=19.
They have unusual 413b=25, which occurs in about 3% of R1b (based on Semargl search in January 2013).
They are not unique within 9919 in this regard; several other 9919 men with 413b=25, outside of this group:
640=12 9919 members 191679 (Britton), 100509 (Benton), 124208 (Huskey), 159212 (Alford), and 206630 (Hembree)

Easiest way to search for on Semargl:  Select 459=9-9, 460=10, H4=10, YCA=19-19, and 640=12.  This will include Jenkins and Little.
Placement of 172031 (Jenkins) and 281926 (Little) is unclear.  They both have core plus 460=10, H4=10 and turn up in the search, but do not seem to belong here.
However, there doesn't seem to be any way to select a marker to take either one of them out of the search, either, without also taking other members out.

Not sure where to position this kit; he has 607=14 as do signatures A2, A5, A7, and some of A9, and 390=25 like A2.
He also has 458=18 like A3, A4, and A8, 449=28 like A3, 464=15-16-16-17 like A1, A6, and B, 460=10 and H4=10 like signature A4, slow mutating 531=12 like A6,
557=17 like A4, A6, A8, A-SP, and 41-9919, and 446=12 like A6.
172031's off-modals from L21 besides 459=9-9, YCAII=19-19, and 640=12:  390=25, 389b=17, 458=18, 447=24, 437=16, 448=18, 449=28, 464=15-16-16-17, 460=10, H4=10,

Most striking characteristics:
They are easy to spot.  Once you find a double 9s, double 19s kit, look for "10 10" after the 464 string.
There are only a couple of known non-A4 9919 instances of 10 10:

Most striking characteristics:
Major delete from 589=12 to 589=6 in *most* members of this cluster.  The 589 marker is very slow mutating.
As of July 2013, the men with 589=6 in this 9919 group are the only 589=6 R1b men in Semargl's database; about one-tenth of 1% of R1b kits tested to 111 markers.
Exceptionally low 568=8 in all members.  This value only occurs in about two-tenths of one-percent of R1b (based on Semargl search in January 2013).

Most striking characteristics:
They all have unusual 531=12 and 395s1a=16, which occur in about 7.5% and 6% of R1b, respectively (based on Semargl search in January 2013).

MacKinnon:  178055 (67m) - 19=15, 385a=12, 447=24, 464c=16, H4=10, 607=13, 537=11, 511=9, 413a=21, 534=16, 481=17
McKinnon:  78443 (37-marker kit, predicted A7) - closely matches 178055 except with 385=12-15, 607=14, and 442=14
Murphrey:  134680 27RU3 (37-marker kit) - 19=15, 385a=12, 447=24, H4=10, 607=14, high CDYb

Palmer:  5066 (67m) - 393=12, 390=23, 439=13, 389i=14, 458=19, 437=16, 464d=18, 406s1=11, 557=17, 534=16, 481=19, 446=12
Based on the STRs, Coker, Johnston, MacDonald, MacKinnon, and Murphrey are more closely related to each other than any of them is to Palmer!
Maybe Palmer belongs in another cluster instead?
The A7 signature, if you take Palmer out of the mix:  19=15, 385a>=12, 447=24, H4=10, 607<=14, 511=9, 481=17.

These two kits *might* belong in A7:
McCarthy:  145187 TDTS3 (37-marker kit, from Ireland, predicted A-SP or A7) - 19=15, 385a=12, 458=16, 447=24, 456=17, 576=19     <----- Missing H4=10.
Johnson:  73974 (37-marker kit, possibly A7) - 393=12, 385a=12, 389b=17, 447=24, 607=14, 576=20, 570=16, 442=13     <----- Does not closely match the others in A7.

Most striking characteristics:
Palmer has very low 481=19 (less than 1% of R1b).
Johnston 26761, MacDonald, and MacKinnon have exceptionally low 481=17, which only occurs in about one-tenth of 1 percent of R1b (based on Semargl search in Jan 2013).

Most striking characteristics:
They all have rare 395s1b=15, which only occurs in about 1.5 percent of R1b (based on Semargl search in January 2013).
The 395s1=15-15 may have been a downward mutation from 15-16, or may have been the result of a second recLOH event, after the initial 459=9-9, YCAII=19-19.

z9919-A9                    [This signature needs refinement or needs to be broken up into new signatures, using slower markers than 447]
Core:  459=9-9, YCA=19-19, 640=12
Additional 1 to 67:  447=24
This is not a distinct grouping but more of a catch-all.  There are many off-modals in the mix besides 447=24.

Easiest way to search for on Semargl:  The entire signature - You need to select the core plus 447=24.
The 447 marker is relatively fast mutating and does neither a good job of separating out non-9919, nor a good job of differentiating 9919 members from each other.
Placement of 172031 (Jenkins) is unclear.  He has core plus 447=24 and turns up in the search, but does not seem to belong here.

Alcantara Guzman (Peru)

Possibly A-SP
Sierra Lopez:  80959 BGKYK (25-marker kit, from Spain) - 19=15, 391=10, 385b=15, 388=11, 389b=17, 458=18, 449=26, 464=15-16-16-17

Most striking characteristics:
Many of the members are of known or suspected Iberian origin.
Assuming the rest will match Costa, they will be the only 9919 group with 495=14 and 643=9, both of which are very slow mutating.
495=14 occurs in about three-tenths of 1% of R1b and 643=9 occurs in about 5% of R1b (based on Semargl search in January 2013).
