y-DNA

Results displayed on this site are for all associated project members. Some organisation is available by assigning members to sub-groups. Haplogroup lineages are determined and displayed by the matching algorithms managed by the Worldfamilies website (accessible from the project's home page) and assigned to lineage sub-groups, which are manually organised for display on this site. Additional ancestry data is also displayed where a member’s patriarchal lineage can be matched to a reference pedigree held at the Stafford Society. There will be some overlap with data accessed via the Old Style Results Tab on the Worldfamilies site, which will contain additional y-DNA data that is not available at FTDNA.
