It is desired to identify the various American Tucker families of the 1600s,1700s, and 1800s by testing the Y-chromosome of living descendants. When the test results are coordinated with the paper research, it is expected that the lineages of many individual Tuckers will eventually be proven, possibly even back to the home of the immigrant.

It is also our goal to help all Tuckers and also those of other surnames of Tucker blood who are interested in extending and proving their Tucker linage.
