The latest (Jan 2015) news is the Big Y test.  We have two Vincent Project members who has taken the test, one I1 and one R1.  We hope others will follow.  Terminal SNPs are being discovered.  Some day all terminal SNPs for Vincents may be known and a simple, relatively inexpensive test will reveal the area a researcher needs to focus his or her Vincent lineage research.
