Currently we have quite a few participants, but not a large number of family groups identified  People bearing the Weir/Wier surname and its variants seem to be a disparate group with various origins   Amongst our group members we have many distinct haplotypes 

At this time, we have 15 members with Family Finder results  Of those, only 3 are matches and 2 of them are a known father/son pair
