This project was originally set up to try to identify descendants of the Willey family living at Oyster Bay Plantation in the 1600's. The project has recently been broadened to include Willey families originating in Somerset and other parts of England.

Project members who have taken only the Family Finder test are encouraged to share their Willey connection in the Project activity feed.
