There is a very dedicated group of Codd genealogists hard at work to discover the origins and history of the Codd Family in Britain and prior. Genealogists who are working on the Irish Codd genealogies in particular, are encountering major blocks in their research as the paper records are incomplete especially for the 1750-1820 period. We are hoping that through this DNA project we can uncover connections between Codd's and be able to work towards discovering our shared ancestors through the sharing of information.
