About us
This project is to help researchers make connections with others whose ancestors immigrated through Pennsylvania before 1820. Several major groups used Pennsylvania as their gateway to a new life. Some of these groups were the Quakers, "Pennsylvania Dutch"(Germans & Swiss), Irish, English and Scotts and Scotts-Irish. Often these people were related but with the lack of paper documents in the early years of the colonies the only way to make a connection is through DNA. Hopefully by grouping these early travelers, you will be able to find relatives you didn't know you had.
PLEASE ONLY JOIN IF YOUR ANCESTORS LIVED IN OR IMMIGRATED THROUGH PENNSYLVANIA BEFORE 1850.
If you see your surname above, please join us,even if you don't see any others with your name. They will come in time. If you don't see your surname but you know they were in PA, email me and I'll add the name to our list.
