The goals of the project are to construct DNA tree of Kazakhs, to determine the genetic relationship among Kazakh tribes and between Kazakh and other ethnic groups. The project is assume to be as an additional tool for the ongoing SHEZHIRE ("tree" from Kazakh to English) project. SHEZHIRE (www.elim.kz) is the project aiming to study the genealogy of Kazakhs that based on existing written records.
