1) A baseline of markers has been established for descendants of Andreas Killian. The ancestral homeland of the North Carolina pioneer Andreas Kilian has been located and proven by documentation and DNA.
2) A baseline markers have been established for descendants of William Killion born ca. 1768 Orange County, NC. This was confirmed by the DNA of a descendant of John H. Killian born ca. 1850 MO.
3) A descendant of John Killian born 1767 PA is looking for another male line descendant to help establish baseline markers.
4) A descendant of Joseph M. Killian born 1845 in Roxbury, MA is looking for the family patriarch in Ireland.
5) Two adopted Killian/Killion lines have been established. They are Killi*ns by heritage if not by blood. They would like to know the surname of the family patriarch.
6) A descendant of Michael Killion, b. 1810 Kernersville, NC is looking for the family patriarch with the Haplogroup E1b1b1a1b
7) The descendants of Wylie Jefferson Killian 1861-1912 is looking for the family Patriarch.
8) Killian male line Haplogroups represented are E1b1b1a1b, R1b1a2a1a1a, and R1b1a2a1a1b. Other Haplogroups in the project do not have the Killi*n surname or the project member knows there was [or could have been] an adoption of the Killi*n name.
