The Luther Surname DNA Project was initiated on 10 November 2006 by Joseph Neal Luther of Kerrville, Texas. Recent DNA tests have shown his relationship to the Captain John Luther line. The Luther Family Association (LFA) joined in this Luther DNA Project.
