The goal of the Polk-Pollock-Pogue (PPP) DNA Project is to develop a deeper and more accurate understanding of the genealogy of all branches of the Polk, Pollok, Pogue and associated families through DNA testing, analysis and sharing of the results.

DNA testing is a supplement to traditional genealogical (paper trail) research and both should be used in an integrated way to gain the fullest understanding of the family's history and genealogy.
